Irwin Weinbaum is a retired Civil Engineer with a distinguished career in the Construction Industry managing major Infrastructure Projects. He also served as a consultant for the post 911 reconstruction of lower Manhattan. After retiring he filmed 80 videos which he developed into 18 classes describing the means, methods and techniques for constructing Infrastructure Projects. The classes were approved by New York State Education Department.
