You can see a section of tower is being lifted just above it. The extension arm is out ready to receive it. You cannot possibly see this, but there's a man standing at the end of that extension arm. He is getting this piece aligned. It seems as if he's transferring it onto the extension arm There must be a way that it rides on that arm. At this point, the tower crane has let go of the section, and it's being drawn in horizontally. I can't tell how it's being pulled in, but it's being moved in horizontally and then it will be attached to the tower below it. |
